SAN ANTONIO — Hey dads, it’s all about you this weekend.

Businesses around San Antonio are doing all kinds of special things for the papas, including free car washes, free admission, food specials and more. Here's a list of what's going on: 

LOCAL BUSINESSES

Alamo BBQ Co.: 511 E. Grayson St., 210-994-8099. All day, June 17. Newly open, chef Jason Dady brought Two Bros. BBQ downtown by converting The Bin into Alamo BBQ Co. Sundays are all-you-can-eat barbecue for $25.95 ($10.95 kids 11 and older) so you can get your fill of brisket, sausage, pulled pork, creamy slaw and BBQ beans. 

Barbaro: 2720 McCullough Ave., 210-320-2261. 11 a.m. to midnight June 17. Barbaro's Father's Day offerings include endless prime rib for $30 and rare bourbons & whiskies for just $5 (as well as craft cocktails). Reservations required.

Cover3: 1806 TX-1604 Loop, 210-479-9700. 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 17. Dads who stop by any of the San Antonio locations can enjoy free beer (based on availability) from 512 Brewing, or a bloody mary.

Cowboy's Alamo City Harley-Davidson: 11005 N. I-35, 210-646-0499. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The North Side Harley-Davidson will offer a group ride leaving at 9:30 a.m. Head back to the dealership for a communal cookout and live music. No cover.

Éilan Hotel & Spa: 18603 La Cantera Terrace, 210-598-2846. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 17. Dad will receive a hand-rolled cigar and cross their fingers during the hourly power tool drawings. Reservations required, $17-$52. 

El Jarro de Arturo Mexican Restaurant:13421 San Pedro Ave., 210-494-5084. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 17. Special Father's Day meal including fajitas, chilaquiles, enchiladas, pork cascabel, green chili cheese grits and more. Reservations required, $10.95-$22.95.

Charreada Father's Day Tournament: 6126 Padre Drive. 2 to 6 p.m. June 17. A charreada with competitors from around Texas. Gates open at 2 and the tournament featuring Team San Antonio starts at 4 p.m. Adults cost $10; children, $5.

Firenza Pizza: Multiple locations. You and dad can enjoy 10-inch pizzas (signature or up to four toppings) together for half the price! Buy one, get one free. 

La Marginal: 2447 Nacogdoches Road, 844-663-6646. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 17. The Caribbean spot will offer a lunch buffet while supplies last with live music all day. Reservations required, $10-$20. 

Mina & Dimis Greek House: 7159 W US Hwy. 90, 210-674-3464. 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. June 16. This Greek spot is starting early with three-course dinner paired with wine on Saturday. Bellydancing, Greek dancing, plate breaking and more. Reservations required, $60.

San Antonio Fatherhood Campaign Father's Day Fiesta: 818 S. Flores St. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 16. In celebration of the good men of our community is the free 18th Annual Father's Day Fiesta and Hombre Noble Awards. MCC’s Father's Day BBQ Plate Sale: 611 E. Myrtle St. 210-472-3597. Noon to 1 p.m. June 17. After Sunday service, join for a barbecue plate sale. Plates will be $10 each and can be purchased in advance.  Plates will include chicken leg quarter and sausage, macaroni salad, bbq baked beans, bread, and dessert. Call the church office to place your order at 210-472-3597. Free delivery within a 10-mile radius of the church if you prepay for 5 or more plates.

True Vine Baptist Church’s Father’s Day Wash: 435 S. Ellison Drive. 9 a.m. to noon, June 16. Treat Dad to a free Father's Day Car Wash sponsored by the Young Disciples Ministry. Donations will be accepted.

Splashtown’s Father’s Day: 3600 IH-35, 210-227-1400. 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 17. Celebrate Father's Day at Splashtown — all fathers get free general admission on Sunday with any paid admission.

California Pizza Kitchen: Multiple locations in San Antonio. Special Father’s Day menu is available June 15-17 for dine-in parties. For $49.99, get a three-course prix-fixe meal.

Fleming’s: 255 E Basse Road, 210-824-9463. A three-course prix-fixe dinner menu featuring the 35 oz. Prime Tomahawk steak (price varies by location) will be available June 15-17. Also, locations will open early (10 a.m.) for brunch on Father’s Day.

Hooters: Multiple locations in San Antonio. Dads get 10 free boneless wings with the purchase of a beverage and any 10 boneless or Original Hooters Style wings at participating Hooters locations across the U.S. on June 17.

Ruth’s Chris: Multiple locations in San Antonio. Dads dining on Father’s Day and the day before (June 16) will receive a $25 dining card. The card will be valid June 18- Aug. 31.

Texas de Brazil: 313 E Houston St., 210-299-1600. Participating locations will open early (at 11 a.m.) on Father’s Day. Plus, dads dining in on Father’s Day will receive a $20 certificate that can be used later, valid June 18- Aug. 31.

Dave and Buster’s Father’s Day Lunch: 849 E. Commerce St., 210-951-3600. Noon to 3 p.m. June 17. The 2018 Father's Day Celebration at Dave & Buster's includes two ticket options. The first, an endless wing platters with a cold beer or Bloody Mary bar, along with unlimited video game play all day long and goodies for dad. Option two is a non-alcoholic package featuring endless wings, games and goodies.
