SAN ANTONIO — A man is under arrest, suspected of aggravated sexual assault of a 14-year-old victim on the city’s East Side.

According to San Antonio Police Department, the victim was contacted by Daniel Sanders who lured her to a residence.

Once the victim was alone with Sanders, he produced an edged weapon and sexually assaulted her. Afterwards, he tied the victim to a stationary object and left the location.

The victim was able to free herself from the restraints and called for help. Officers contacted the suspect at his home and transported him to police headquarters.

Sanders was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping.
