CONVERSE, Texas – A teen has been arrested, accused of murdering another teen in MacArthur Park.

Converse police arrested 17-year old Isaiah Westman, who is believed to have shot and killed 17-year-old Zachary Segura on Feb. 25.

The shooting happened at a community pool in Converse. Police said Segura met Westman at the pool to deliver an unknown package.

The two began fighting over a backpack when Segura was shot in the head.

Westman ran from the scene with the backpack and was arrested on Tuesday in Killeen, nearly a month after the shooting.

Police said Segura's friend witnessed the attack, but was not hurt.

Westman is being extradited to the Bexar County Jail where he will face capital murder charges.
