The City of San Antonio and its police union have agreed on a new labor contract. Ed Greenberger talks with John Salazar who has been covering this story for more than two years.

The new five-year deal gives officers a salary increase, but asks them to share in the costs of health care, which was one of the main sticking points of the negotiations.

The agreement also says that the city will drop a lawsuit against the police officers association.

It has taken almost three years to strike a deal publically.
