Low level moisture on southeasterly winds brought some low clouds to the area this morning.  Look for the clouds to break up this afternoon and we should turn partly sunny.  It will be a bit breezy with southeasterly winds of 10 to 20 mph.  Highs will reach the mid 80s.

Low clouds will increase tonight and we may see some drizzle or sprinkles late.  Lows will only drop into the upper 60s and low 70s.

A storm system moving into Southern California will impact our weather beginning Tuesday.  This will be a slow moving storm that will stall over the Rockies this week.  Disturbances riding around the broad trough of low pressure will move through the area beginning Tuesday.  This will increase the chance for showers and storms.

With this large trough of low pressure parked to our west throughout the week we'll remain unsettled with rounds of showers and thunderstorms through Saturday.  We may see some strong to severe storms develop Wednesday afternoon. Rainfall totals could add up.  Expect widespread 1 to 3" with isolated locations picking up more than 3 inches.

The chances for showers and thunderstorms will diminish later Saturday into Sunday.
