Austin may soon land its first professional sports franchise. The ownership group of the Columbus Crew MLS franchise announced in October it is exploring relocating its franchise to Austin. 

Precourt Sports Ventures President Dave Greeley joins Ricky Doyle in-studio on Sports Night to discuss the necessary steps for that to happen. PSV is working with the City of Austin to identify potential sites for a stadium and training facility for the team. Greeley also discusses feedback his group has received from Austinites about an MLS team coming to the city and why he believes Austin is a good fit for an MLS franchise.
