Last Week: Passing 11-13, 192 yards 3 TD’s. Rushing 67 yards 2 TD’s.

2017 Season: Passing 162-235, 2,709 yards 31 TD’s. Rushing 214 yards 6 TD’s.

Since the loss to Westlake, Baldwin has 6 touchdown passes over the past 3 games to just 7 total incompletions. He joins Charlie Brewer as Cavalier quarterbacks that have topped this list.

2 – Julon Williams – Judson (Senior)

Last Week : Did Not Play

2017 Season: Passing 58-97, 1,333 yards 14 TD’s. Rushing 633 yards 11 TD’s

Williams continues to deal with a nagging knee injury and the Rockets could’ve used him last week after suffering their first loss to Smithson Valley.

3 – Zadock Dinkelmann - Somerset (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 21-30, 344 yards 3 TD’s. Rushing 1 TD

2017 Season: Passing 122-189, 1,791 yards 18 TD’s. Rushing 3 TD’s

Dinkelmann may have had his best week last Friday, over 300 yards and 3 TD’s in a big win over Pleasanton.

4- Chase Griffin – Hutto (Junior)

Last Week: Passing 21-37, 356 yards 2 TD’s.

2017 Season: Passing 189-269, 2,907 yards 27 TD’s. Rushing 70 yards 3 TD’s.

Griffin played the best defense he’s seen this season and still put up good numbers, although Hutto lost for the first time this season to Cedar Park.

5- Roel Sanchez – O’Connor (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 3-6, 53 yards 2 TD’s. Rushing 56 yards 1 TD.

2017 Season: Passing 92-147, 1,565 20 TD’s. Rushing 556 yards 12 TD’s.

Sanchez didn’t have to do much in the O’Connor win over Clark but still accounted for 3 touchdowns.

6- Tyler Vitt – MacArthur (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 18-24, 174 yards 1 TD. Rushing 187 yards 1 TD

2017 Season: Passing 184-272, 2,034 yards 20 TD’s. Rushing 963 yards 7 TD’s.

Vitt deserves a ton of credit for what he’s done as a passer and a runner this year, leading the MacArthur offense and getting the Brahmas back to the playoffs.

2017 Season: Passing 156-242, 2,737 yards 33 TD’s. Rushing 132 yards 1 TD

Weeks got to enjoy a Friday off after back to back weeks of throwing for 6 TD’s in games.

8 - Davis Brin – Champion (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 17-26, 231 yards 3 TD’s. Rushing 13 yards 2 TD’s.

2017 Season: Passing 144-270, 1,856 yards 19 TD’s. Rushing 291 yards 5 TD’s.

Brin came up with a huge game in a win over Alamo Hts to keep Champion in the playoff picture.

T9 – Trevor Greenman – Dripping Springs (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 8-11, 144 yards 2 TD’s. Rushing 26 yards.

2017 Season: Passing 113-174, 2,057 yards 29 TD’s. Rushing 673 yards 8 TD’s.

Greenman hasn’t been asked to throw as much the past two games but he’s been efficient and the Tigers keep rolling up big wins and remain undefeated.

T9 – Cooper Bell – Georgetown (Senior)

Last Week : Bye Week

2017 Season: Passing 134-215, 2,185 yards 34 TD’s. Rushing 162 yards 8 TD’s.

With over 40 total touchdowns this season, Bell has far exceeded expectations leading the Eagle offense.

10 – Prudy Calderon- San Marcos (Senior)

Last Week: Passing 11-14, 197 yards 3 TD’s. Rushing 154 yards 2 TD’s.

2017 Season: Passing 103-185, 1,160 yards 13 TD’s. Rushing 1,317 yards 21 TD’s.

He’s been knocking on the door of the top 10 for a while and with strong convincing from his coach, Calderon makes his first appearance in the rankings. He is definitely one of the top running QB’s in the area and is coming off one of his best throwing nights in the win over Anderson.
