Golf’s final major of the year teed off Thursday and Jordan Spieth is looking to close out an amazing year at the major tournaments with another win. Spieth fired a -1 (71) in the first round of the PGA Championship, which is five shots off the lead held by Dustin Johnson.

Spieth is paired the first two rounds with the No. 1 player in the world, Rory McIlroy. The defending PGA Championship winner, McIlroy, is tied with Spieth after shooting a -1 in the first round also. Other notable scores include Tiger Woods tied for 86th after a +3 (75).
