AUSTIN, Texas — The inclement weather has already impacted many airlines this week due to dangerous travel conditions.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport has announced via Twitter that most of its flights for Thursday were canceled due to icy conditions.

Just Tuesday, Southwest suspended its operations given the weather forecast.

AUS says its teams are responding to the situation accordingly.

"If you have a scheduled flight, check your flight’s status before heading to the airport. Contact your airline or visit: http://content.abia.org:8080/webfids/. If your flight is confirmed, please drive safely," says AUS.
