KILLEEN, Texas – Power is back on at several Killeen Independent School District campuses after the lights went out amid a severe thunderstorm watch across the city.
Power was out at:
- Nolanville Elementary School
- Cavazos Elementary School
- Union Grove Middle School
Power was going off intermittently at Harker Heights High School.
The city was hit with severe storms. All students were kept inside the buildings and are reportedly safe.
All outdoor after school activities have been canceled.
