AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Parks and Recreation Department reported it has closed the Barton Creek Greenbelt once again ahead of the severe weather.

- Barton Springs Pool closed last Saturday
- Officials will monitor conditions to reopen park
The Department reported on Twitter that the park was closed following Tuesday night’s heavy rainfall and the anticipated storms over the next couple of days.
Last Saturday, the Department closed the Barton Creek Greenbelt, the Ann & Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and Barton Springs Pool due to flooding.
