WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas –  One adult and four minors have been arrested in connection to a rash of vehicle burglaries in Williamson County earlier this month.

On December 5 around 2:45 a.m., there were numerous reports of juveniles dressed in black breaking into cars in the Paloma Lake neighborhood. Items taken from the vehicles included cash, gift cards, laptops, knives, and guns.

With the help of other local agencies, the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office identified and arrested the suspects on December 14. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected to be filed against the suspects.

Police said the suspects definitely had a pattern, by breaking car windows, and then rifling through glove boxes, or center consoles.

The names of the suspects have not been released.
