AUSTIN, Texas – A man is dead after he was ejected during a rollover crash in east Travis County overnight on Thursday.

The driver was on Farm to Market 973, south of Farm to Market 969, when he went off the roadway and onto the shoulder of the road. As the driver over-corrected, his truck skidded and rolled over at 12:18 a.m.
Texas Highway Patrol said the driver was ejected during the crash because he was not wearing his seat belt.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene of the crash at 12:30 a.m.
