NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – New Braunfels police made an arrest following reported incidents of indecent exposure that occurred on the morning of November 8, 2018.

Detectives with the New Braunfels Police Department were able to secure a search warrant for a home located in the 1700 block of Joy Spring, near where the incidents occurred. Additionally, investigators were also able to secure an arrest warrant for an occupant of that home. 

With the assistance of the Gang Offender Narcotics Enforcement Unit, the search warrant and arrest warrant were served and 17-year old Seth Dyal was taken into custody.  Dyal was then transported to the Comal County Jail and charged with Indecency with a Child, a 3rd-degree felony. Bond was set at $10,000 and, at the time of this release, he remains in custody.

Dyal was believed to have exposed himself to students on their way to school as well as two adult in the same area.  

The picture of the suspect shows the white male wearing black shorts, and a black jacket with the number 2 on the back. He was last spotted on Pahmeyer Road and West County Line Road.
