WILLIAMSON COUNTY – It might be a little smelly at the Williamson County Jail and Justice Center due to a raw sewage leak Thursday morning.

Around 9:30 a.m. Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody tweeted about the leak between the jail and Justice Center. According to Chody, sewage leaks are common in old deteriorating buildings, like the jail.

“Our folks deserve much better,” tweeted Chody.

The sewage is coming out of the pipelines and rolling across the building, which is on a slight downward slant.

There is no word on when the leak will be repaired.
