TEXAS – Amazon still hasn't decided on the location for its second headquarters. Both Austin and Dallas are the two Texas cities on the company's list of 20 finalists.

Amazon promises to bring 50,000 jobs and a $5 billion dollar investment to its new home. That's left many of the contenders offering incentives to sweeten the deal.

But are the Texas cities doing enough?

Katherine McLane, founder and CEO of the Mach 1 Group which specializes in strategic communications and crisis response, joined Capital Tonight Thursday to discuss strategies in landing the headquarters.
