AUSTIN, Texas — Most of us have likely typed out personal information on our computers, phones or through email — But what happens to that information 100 years from now?

An art exhibit at South by Southwest trying to figure that out. It's called "The Future of Secrets" and  invites visitors to type your secret into a computer, then prints out another person's secret.

Some visitors say sharing your darkest secrets with strangers can be scary, but can also bring us together.

"We all have these secrets and that's something that bonds us and if we can share them more we can understand each other more," creative researcher Brooke Belk said.

The exhibit is a collaboration between three Harvard researchers.

The show wraps up Thursday night.
