FAYETTEVILLE -- Three men including two active duty service members are now in custody in connection to a deadly shooting at Smokey Bones Restaurant in Fayetteville

Fayetteville police charged 20-year-old Ferris Brown, 19-year-old Javier Johnson and 19-year-old Daivon Chambers with first degree murder and robbery.

Johnson and Brown both serve in the U.S. Army.

They're accused of shooting 32-year-old Jonathan Goodman and 18-year-old Dareon Cooke outside Smokey Bones on Skibo Road at Cross Creek Mall on Sept. 5.

Both men died from their injuries.

Brown, Johnson, and Chambers are at the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
