Rabbis from around the world gathered in Queens to honor one of their own.

They came out in large numbers to the Old Montefiore Cemetery in Cambria Heights.

It's the resting place of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, who arrived in America 75 years ago.

"He was one of the foremost leaders of this generation, and he was an inspiration to Jews and people all over the world,"

"We believe the rabbi spirit is very much alive and with us, and when we come here, we find ourselves refreshed, re-energized and rejuvenated."

The rabbis are part of the Chabad-Lubavitch community.

They traveled from as many as 90 countries to attend.
