WEST BLOOMFIELD, N.Y. -- A Bloomfield man is facing DWI charges after state police say his blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit.

Troopers pulled over 39-year old David Vanderbrook on Monday evening on County Road 37 in West Bloomfield.

State police say Vanderbrook's car had failed to stay in his lane.

Once he submitted to a breathilizer test back at the barracks, troopers found he had a BAC of .24.

Vanderbrook is charged with a count of aggravated DWI and is set to appear in West Bloomfield Town Court on February 13.
