The new apartments and adjoining campus will be at the site of their current community buildings located at 3214 US-19 in Holiday.

Plans for the new campus include 24 apartments housed in a three-story building, gym, wellness center, community outreach building, and 10,000 square-foot daycare center.

"We recognized that Pasco had this need and that's why it was important for us here in this community to help support this need," said Richard Bekesh, architect with Spring Engineering.

The homes will be for families in tough situations or those facing eviction amid the housing crisis. The on-site daycare will help parents continue to work and get back on track while knowing their child is being cared for.

"We're going to redevelop this campus and create something thats inspiring and motivational and something that's welcoming," Bekesh said. "A place where people feel safe and secure, where we can restore dignity and self sufficiency and may alleviate some suffering."

Bekesh plans to have the new campus completed by late 2023.
