ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Picturesque St. Pete neighborhood Historic Kenwood’s annual strolling event Bungalowfest has been the downtown area’s premier architecture and design walk for more than two decades.

For its 23rd edition, the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association is taking a different approach to Bungalowfest by introducing The Special Gardens & Art Edition. This weekend’s neighborhood walkabout will focus on the district’s beautiful outdoor spaces, enhanced with artwork from members of the Artist Enclave of Historic Kenwood. The AEHK was created by the St. Petersburg City Council’s approval of Historic Kenwood becoming an Artist Enclave Overlay District in 2014, and is made up of the many residents who pursue various creative endeavors or have even turned them into a small home business.

The Neighborhood Association and AEHK have teamed up to present this year’s carefully curated local experience which will showcase a unique mix of nature and creativity in an urban setting.

Bungalowfest: The Special Gardens & Art Edition takes place this Saturday, Nov. 6. Attendees will meet at Seminole Park, at the corner of Burlington Avenue and 29th Street North, for the tour beginning at 10 a.m. The tour ends at 4 p.m. Advance tickets are available online for $20. Tickets will also be available on Saturday for $25 if the event does not sell out in advance.
