U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik’s political operation, Team Elise, raised a record  $7.1 million in the first quarter of 2024, the group announced Thursday.

Team Elise said the average donation to the Republican congresswoman’s campaign was $21 with 70,000 unique donors. It beats other previous quarter records.

Team Elise said they have raised more than $20 million this election cycle, with millions transferred to the National Republican Congressional Committee and millions raised directly for other GOP House candidates.

“I am humbled and incredibly grateful for the record support from longtime and first-time Team Elise donors in Upstate New York and across the country,” Stefanik said in a statement. “The America First Movement under President Trump’s leadership has never been in a stronger position. We are off to a great start to 2024 as we work to elect President Trump, protect and expand our House Republican Majority, and save America.”

Stefanik has served in the House of Representatives for nearly a decade representing New York's 21st Congressional District. She has been the House GOP Conference chair, the third highest ranking Republican in the House, since 2021.

Bidding to run against her in November are Democrats Steven Holden, CFO of an organization that helps military veterans receive government employees, and Paula Collins, a state cannabis tax attorney.
