COLUMBIA, S.C. - Governor Henry McMaster issued an executive order Thursday in anticipation of this weekend's winter storm.

The order will allow for continued movement of goods and necessities by commercial vehicles.

With the threat of rain, sleet and snow, critical services could be disrupted and this order from the governor will temporarily suspend some travel regulations.

The particulars of this order pertain to a vehicles' registration, permitting, length, weight, width, load and hours of service.
