Wilson's attorney entered a not guilty plea on Tuesday at his arraignment hearing, where his bond was set at $9 million.

Judge Robert Hickson Jr. and Judge Tom Elkin filed recusals from overseeing the case Tuesday afternoon.

Hickson cited having a business and a personal connection with Sherrer's family while Elkin heard the search warrant and "therefore cannot hear the case."

Wilson is expected back in court in August.
