STARK COUNTY, Ohio — A short-lived EF-0 tornado was confirmed to have touched down at 4:07 p.m. on June 5 in southwest Stark County.

According to the National Weather Service, it formed in an open field to the east of Manchester Avenue SW and south of Lawndell Road SW.

It had a peak wind speed of 80 miles per hour.

It caused some damage to the roof of a barn, removing dozens of roof tiles. It also broke large branches and caused two large trees to fall.
