The Buffalo Art Studio aims to inspire the love of art for children while, making Buffalo more beautiful and ensuring a vibrant art scene in the future.

They are looking for more kids to join the art classes they offer, so they can start that love of art early. Kids will learn painting, pottery, and more.

They understand not everyone will become an artist, but they hope to build their appreciation for art so the children will help grow Buffalo's cultural community and be the ones who chair boards and organizations for the arts in the future.

"They are not only getting these fundamentals of art,” said Jayne Hughes, Buffalo Arts Studio education director, “but they are getting professional practices that are geared to getting kids to their next step that help them with art."

Their classes are eight-week programs. Kids can sign up for their spring session which begins in the middle of April.
