The defense presents its closing arguments Friday in the criminal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Prosecutors completed their closing arguments Thursday, describing Combs as “the leader of a criminal enterprise” who “used his money, his power, and his influence” to get away with his alleged crimes.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges that include racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. If convicted on all counts, he could face up to life in prison.

Jeremy Saland, criminal defense attorney and former Manhattan prosecutor, joined “News All Day” on Friday to talk more about these closing arguments.
