Ronald Reagan was the embodiment of the American dream.

He grew up in the Midwest, and forged a career path that included serving in the Air Force, working as an actor, becoming president of the Screen Actors Guild, governor of California and later 40th president of the United States in 1980.

Reagan served two terms in the White House, and in 1984 was re-elected with the largest Electoral College victory in U.S. history.
