ST. LOUIS—The three tornado debris drop-off sites manned by the Missouri National Guard will conclude operations Sunday after their two-week deployment.

“I want to thank Governor Mike Kehoe and the Missouri National Guard for stepping up and assisting the City of St. Louis with the enormous task of collecting the debris from the horrific tornado on May 16,” said Mayor Cara Spencer. “These guardsmen and women left their jobs and families to support ours, and we are grateful for their work.”

Residents can drop off debris through 7 p.m. on Sunday at the following locations:

  • Marshall School - 4322 Aldine Avenue

  • Farragut Elementary - 4025 Sullivan Avenue

  • Turner Middle School - 2573 Billups Avenue

The National Guard will spend their final two days of service cleaning the debris sites. Remaining debris can be placed on curbs for City pickup. Officials say they will update residents on future debris collection efforts.
