There's always plenty to do in Ohio over the weekend, but Spectrum News 1 gathered some of the highlights around each major metropolitan area across the state.

Cleveland

Cleveland Juneteenth Freedom Fest

  • When and where: Noon to 8 p.m. June 14 on Mall C in downtown Cleveland
  • Info: Celebrate Juneteenth in Cleveland with live music, food, drinks and various activities at this family-friendly event 

Parade the Circle

  • When and where: Noon to 4 p.m. June 14 at the north entrance at the Cleveland Museum of Art
  • Cost: Free
  • Info: This annual art parade is quite the visual event and features various costumes, puppets, masks and more 

Columbus

Stonewall Columbus Pride 2025

  • When and where: 4 to 10 p.m. June 13 and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 14 at Goodale Park
  • Cost: Free
  • Info: Celebrate Pride with this downtown festival and resource fair, including a parade Saturday that starts at 10:30 a.m. 

614 Day

  • When and where: Noon to 9 p.m. on June 14 at Franklinton Land-Grant & Surrounding Streets
  • Info: There will be plenty of local vendors, art experiences, music, food and more at this annual celebration

Cincinnati

38th Annual Cincinnati Juneteenth Festival

  • When and where: Noon to 9 p.m. June 14 and a Father's Day concert from 2:30 to 6 p.m. June 15
  • Cost: Free
  • Info: Whether it's music, food, crafts, activies or even horse riding there's plenty for the whole family at this event recognizing the holiday

Newport Italianfest

  • When and where: June 12-15 (times vary by day) at Riverboar Row in Newport, Kentucky
  • Info: Enjoy live music, fun activities for kids and—of course—plenty of food at this event

Dayton

2025 Versailles Poultry Days

  • When and where: June 13-15 at 459 S Center St. in Versailles
  • Info: This event highlight's the region's "history as a leading poulty-producer" with plenty of chicken, all-ages activities and more

Celtic Fest Ohio

  • When and where: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. June 14 at Renaissance Park, located at 10542 East State Route 73 in Waynesville
  • Cost: For adults 13 and older, admission is $20.01 and free for kids 12 and younger
  • Info: This event will feature plenty of Celtic food, music, tea, whiskey and plenty more 

Toledo

Second Annual Family Funktion

  • When and where: Noon on June 13 to noon on June 15 at Poe Road Music Sanctuary in Grand Rapids, Ohio
  • Cost: General admission is $60 for pre-sale or $80 at the gate
  • Info: This event includes live music, plenty of food trucks, local vendors, camping and more

Holland Strawberry Festival

  • When and where: June 11-15 at Community Homecoming Park, located at 7807 Angola Road in Holland, Ohio
  • Cost: Gate admission is $5 for ages 8 and up
  • Info: Who doesn't love strawberries? While you can enjoy plenty of strawberry-themed treats at this event, there's plenty more to do as well including rides, vendors, a beer tent and more
