The long-term lease is up for Bryant Park Grill in Midtown.

A New York state appellate judge denied the restaurant’s request Thursday to halt the eviction process and allow it to remain on the premises.

The Bryant Park Corporation is eager to free the space so that renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s restaurant group can take over the 1,000-seat location.
