The Albany County Legislature is holding a public hearing Tuesday evening to discuss a proposed local law.
The law requires the Albany County Department of Health to notify local officials about enhanced contaminant levels found in drinking water.
The meeting is taking place at 7 p.m. in the Albany County Courthouse on Eagle Street.
So far, U.S. Reps. Elise Stefanik and Mike Lawler both say they are considering a run.
