SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Burger Week will go forward this year, with participants able to order specialty burgers from local restaurants, all benefiting the San Antonio Food Bank.
The event features burgers from more than 30 San Antonio restaurants, with prices ranging from $5 to $8.
This year the event will go from February 26 to March 7, and burgers will be available for pickup, delivery, or dine-in, depending on the restaurant.
Organizers say some highlights include a burger topped with hot Cheetos, veggies burgers, and the classic American cheese on a sesame seed bun.
People buying burgers are reminded that it’s possible restaurants could run out and there may be waits for the specialty burgers. They’re also asked to tip well and check before getting ready to order that your preferred method (pickup vs. delivery vs. dine-in) is available at that restaurant.
A list of participating restaurants has not yet been announced but you can check here for that list over the next few weeks.
