For the last several years, we have heard about, and probably have seen, explosive growth here in the Sunshine State.
It has been reported that, on average, about 1,000 people are moving to Florida every single day.
That is driving growth, but it is also driving Floridians crazy with the amount of traffic and congestion that we now have to endure.
The question is: Can growth be managed before it becomes a problem? Or are we stuck having to play catch-up after new homes and developments become entrenched in our cities and counties? Is there a way to grow smartly and with a plan so that growing pains are minimized?
