RALEIGH, N.C. -- A dad serving in the Air Force, who hasn't seen his twin daughters in more than six months, gave them a great early Christmas surprise.

Zoe and A'nina Pasco are both cheerleaders at Durant Road Middle School.

During Monday's basketball game at halftime, the school mascot turned out to be their dad, Air Force Tech Sergeant Anthony Pasco, who returned from being stationed in Texas.

"I was like really surprised. I just couldn't even breathe when I saw him. I was speechless for real," said A'nina.

"We all knew he was little bit taller and he looked like a grown man because usually splash is just a little kid and he wasn't even doing anything. He was just like sitting there like 'what's wrong with him?'" said Zoe.

The girls' father says he wanted to surprise them while they were cheerleading because he says it's one of their favorite things to do.
