ST. LOUIS — The FAA is investigating after an Arch medical helicopter crashed in Hartford, Ill., Thursday night during a training flight.

Arch’s parent company, Air Methods, says all three crew members were taken to a hospital for evaluation.

The company says the crash happened when the crew was departing from the fire station.
