TEXAS — Approximately 38 car accidents have been reported across Amarillo on Friday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). The scene is still being investigated, so there is not an exact number yet.
Three people died Friday, according to Sgt. Cindy Barkley of the Texas DPS and the Associated Press.
