Candidates in the race for mayor have just under a month until the last day of petitioning to ensure they have enough signatures to get on the June primary ballot.

The race has started to shape up, with two recent entries: City Council Speaker Adrienne Adams and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Cuomo is already leading the polls and has acquired the support of several unions, including Local Union 3 IBEW, which represents Teamsters Local 237.

Greg Floyd, the president of the union, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to talk about the mayoral race and issues the city is facing.

Teamsters Local 237 is one of the city’s largest municipal unions.
