SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Corcoran Cougars are coming off a 1-3 spring football season. It's been a tough go for Coach Fisher and company, who didn't get to see the kids for nearly a year due to COVID restrictions. This fall, the Cougars have a lot of young linemen and good skill guys, and their seniors are taking their leadership roles seriously, being vocal and positive.

The overall vibe at practice is that this team is genuinely excited to be back.

"I just think that whole atmosphere of Friday night lights is so special. Now that it's back, you really realize that you missed it a lot," Corcoran football coach Tyrone Fisher says.
