Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis is America’s most "Instagrammable" national park, according to Places To Travel.

Places To Travel examined Instagram hashtag data and the size of each US national park to find the one with the highest ‘hashtags per acre’. 

“Social media continues to play a pivotal role in where we decide to travel to for vacation or for a weekend trip, with many social media users taking to their favorite platform to see the best beauty spots at their chosen destination," said a spokesperson for Places To Travel in a press release.

1. Gateway Arch National Park: 90.9 acres/11,221 hashtags/ 123.4 hashtgs per acre

2. Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah: 35,835 acres/728,221 hashtags/20.32 per acre

4. Zion National Park in Utah: 14,7237 acres/1,428,038 hashtags/9.69 hashtags per acre

5. Arches National Park in Utah: 76,678.98 acres/669,062 hashtags/8.72 hashtags per acre

6. Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas: 5,548.01 acres/47,815 hashtags/8.61 hashtags per acre

7. Haleakalā National Park in Hawai: 33,264.62 acres/261,253 hashtags/7.85 hashtags per acre
