It was a snowy morning for many across the state from Central New York, to the North Country, all the way to the Southern Tier.
People are just now beginning to dig themselves out.
Most places saw roughly a foot of snow. That snow combined with high winds made for some tricky travel.
In Binghamton, the morning actually started out with some rain but that quickly changed over.
