A Ticonderoga man has been shot and killed near Bicentennial Park. 

Police tell Spectrum News they were called to the park Friday morning for a suspicious vehicle. They followed a set of tracks to LaChute River and found a man lying face down in the water with a gunshot to the head. 

The victim was identified as 37-year-old William Brown. 

Two men have been arrested in connection. 

Joshua Smith, 35, and Donald LaRock, 63, are both charged with concealment of a human corpse, hindering prosecution, and tampering with physical evidence. They're both being held in Essex County Jail on bail.
