MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — Pip the Southeastern Guide Dog is a viral sensation.

More than 60 million people have seen the animated video starring Pip. It's about the journey a puppy has on their way to becoming a service dog at Southeastern Guide Dogs.

Just like in the video, the real Pip is training to one day be a Southeastern Guide Dog for either a veteran or a child in need.

"These dogs are born with a mission and the mission is to help somebody else and save their day — to give them dignity and hope and respect and independence," Leslie Shepard with SGD said.

While Pip is still early in her training, there's no doubt she will continue to make people happy everyday.

The 10-week-old pup has already stolen the hearts of more than 60 million people, including our reporter Lauren Verno.
