A woman in her 20's is in critical condition after being hit by a car.
Officers say the woman was walking on Route 31 near Oswego Road in the town of Clay when she was struck by a vehicle.
She was taken to the Hospital where she is listed in critical condition.
No word at this point if the driver is being ticketed. The investigation is ongoing.
