Amir Williams, the man accused in a deadly September shooting, pleaded not guilty Monday at his arraignment.

Williams, 25, is charged with murder in the death of Zyree McMullen, who was shot in the stomach Sept. 14 on Davis Street and pronounced dead at the hospital. McMullen was 26.

Williams was later located in Cleveland with the help of U.S. Marshals.

Williams has also requested a new lawyer.
