President Trump made some big promises to farmers when he addressed the national Farm Bureau in Tennessee earlier this week. That included talk of a timely renewal of the Farm Bill and renegotiating trade agreements to boost the agricultural industry. But the president did not fully commit to staying in NAFTA, the trade agreement that has the biggest impact on farming. And so farmers will be watching any negotiations closely.
