ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Investigators says a Rochester woman intentionally started a fire after an eviction dispute.

Maria Acosta, 25, has been charged with arson and is being held at the Monroe County Jail after setting off the blaze on September 18th at 101 Avenue E. 

No injuries were reported, but there was extensive damage on the second floor of the house.
