The Fairport Police Department says they will be putting disciplinary records online by August 31.
This comes after section 50-a of the state civil rights law was repealed earlier this year, making police records accessible to the public.
The department currently has 10 officers.
Fairport police will be the second local police department to make disciplinary records public, after the City of Rochester announced disciplinary records of city police officers would be put in an online database.
