A man is dead and two others were injured in a crash in Wayne County Sunday night.
The crash happened on Route 31 in the town of Galen. Police say the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, David Fischette Jr., 30, of Lyons, died at the scene. The driver, Gregory Bailey, 19, and another passenger, Jenna Carnevale, 18, both of Clyde, were injured. Carnevale had to be air-lifted to Strong Memorial Hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
